I am am looking forward to teaching kindergarten when I finish my degree. After almost a 20 year break from college, I decided to go back to school and I am loving it! I am much more serious about my education the second time around and I have earned a 3.9 GPA so far. I want my students to feel excited about learning too. I will make my classroom a place where students have a say in the rules and environment of the classroom. I lean towards a constructivist management style.
Since I am much older than many other students who attend USU or it's regional campuses, I did not grow up with technology at my fingertips. I am learning a great deal about how technology can help me in my classroom and am looking forward to using the tools that I am exploring through this course.
